Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your access to and use of Voss OS. They cover subscriptions, billing, acceptable use, AI features, support, and the responsibilities of both you and us.

1. Platform usage

By creating an account or using Voss OS, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Voss OS is a business operating system that provides CRM, automations, websites, bookings, messaging, analytics and related tools. You're responsible for using the platform in line with these terms and any applicable laws.

2. Subscriptions

Voss OS is offered on a monthly or annual subscription. Your plan determines which features and limits apply. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

We may update plan features, limits or pricing from time to time. Material changes that affect your plan will be communicated in advance.

3. Billing and payments

Fees are charged in advance for each billing cycle and are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in these terms. Usage-based costs (such as messaging, AI usage, phone numbers or third-party integrations) are billed separately based on actual consumption.

If a payment fails, we may pause or restrict access to your account until the balance is settled.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Voss OS to send spam, harass recipients, distribute malware, infringe rights, deceive users, or violate any applicable laws — including communication, privacy, anti-spam and consumer protection laws.

You're responsible for obtaining the consent required to contact your leads and customers via SMS, email, calls or other channels.

5. Automation usage

Automation features are powerful and operate based on the rules you configure. You're responsible for the workflows you build, the messages they send, and the actions they take on your behalf. We recommend testing automations before activating them at scale.

6. AI-generated content

Voss OS may include AI features that generate or assist with content. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for certain contexts. You're responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before sending, publishing or relying on it. AI features are provided as-is and without warranty regarding output quality.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voss OS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting support. Cancellation stops the next renewal — your account remains active until the end of the current paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

9. Account responsibilities

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure, managing user access in your workspace, and ensuring the data you import or process complies with relevant laws. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

10. Service availability

We aim to keep Voss OS reliable and available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance, third-party outages, security incidents or events outside our control may temporarily affect availability. We'll communicate significant disruptions where reasonable.

11. Intellectual property

Voss OS, including our software, design, branding and documentation, is owned by Voss and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content and customer data you create inside the platform. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that content as needed to operate the service.

12. Prohibited activities

You may not reverse engineer, resell, white-label or sublicense Voss OS without written permission. You may not use the platform to build a competing product, scrape data, bypass security controls, or interfere with other customers' use of the service.

13. Support limitations

Support is provided in line with your plan. Higher-tier plans receive faster response times and more involved assistance. Custom build-outs, strategy and implementation work outside the standard scope are offered through our Done-For-You service.
